Muffin Bäckerei / Baking of Muffins

Wie ich ja schon in einem vorherigen Post berichtete, war ich im Deli bei Cynthia Barcomi in Berlin. Es hat mir dort sehr gut gefallen. Wieder zu Hause, habe ich mir ein Backbuch von ihr besorgt und das Rezept von den "Triple Chocolate Chip Muffins" nachgebacken:

As I told you in a previous post, I was in the Deli coffeeshop of Cynthia Barcomi in Berlin. I liked it very much! Back at home, I organized a book of her and tried the recipe of the "Triple Chocolate Chip Muffins":

Das Ganze ist schon ziemlich aufwendig, aber es lohnt sich. Die Muffins schmecken sehr lecker, sind aber auch mächtig und für Schokoladenfreaks bestimmt der Hit!

On the whole it's a lot of work, but it's worth it! The muffins are really delicious and I think chocolate freaks will love it, although they are very mighty!

Demnächst möchte ich noch ein Rezept für New York Cheesecake ausprobieren. Da bin ich gespannt, wie das schmeckt!

In the next time I will test a recipe for New York Cheesecake. I am very curious about how it will taste!
